100 Years War English archers IV

 English Longbow IV

Another two units of Perry HYW Archers,  this time plastic, one unit are English the other possibly mercenary! More coming as I crack on through the basing process this week. These chaps are skirmishers retiring before the French and Scottish MAA!

Lovely looking HYW archers, Matt! Someday, I will need to revisit the HYW - and get some of the awesome Perry figures.

You are cranking through the figures, Matt! I ordered a box of Perry English Agincourt infantry for my WotR project to be used as levy. What do you think of that idea?

They have been painted for a while, I ran out of brown basing paint that I use and had to order some !

The clothing had changed a bit it would be ok to fill out units, especially if you use parts from both sets

You’ve certainly got good painting mojo at the moment Matt.
Splendid stuff.

All the best. Aly

I was thinking that these units of foot were just walking off your painting table Matt. I see from your answer to Jonathan that my impression is sort of correct!
