Not sure if this sculpt is Citadel/Paranoid but certainly has a 90s feel about it, and looks like the total recall Mutie figure.  This chap will join my Mutie gang for Judge Dredd.

Joe was a genetically modified ape, a member of the Monkey Gang who control a lot of the illegal food trade and smuggle good for the Fatties in particular. Really happy with the paint job. 

Judge Dredd- Citadel Robots

Para 3 Bots 

I picked these up off eBay about 5 weeks ago to add to my Dredd collection, they are circa 1978 and I had a few in the mid 80s which I used in Rouge trader games, God knows were they ever got too.
The figs originally were West End Games for the Paranoia Game I think, then citadel purchased the rights to produce the figure while in Newark. Citadel released the figures as Para 3 Bots. They come with separate tops and bottoms so you can mix and match to suit roles and were random in the box.
