Judge Dredd

I picked up in a job lot last year at Partizan a job lot of Judge Dredd metal figures. I read a lot of Dredd as a teenager and enjoyed the second movie over the Stallone one. I did think about doing a dystopian type game, however the thought of the terrain has put me off. I decided to paint them last week for a change of gear, quite happy with the results. With the thinning down of the collection to four periods they will go off to market this month on lead adventure forum and on Facebook marketplace.

Terrain Tuesday - Pulp bits

Every now and then I come across pieces that would service pulp games. These pieces are from GW and are part of the storm cast terrain. Simple assembly and look pretty good painted up imho. A simple two or three colour with highlights.

The White Wizard

 Gandalf the white

A superb miniature from the Games Workshop Lord of the Rings Range. I enjoyed painting immensely, with some nice blending of creams and whites. Another entry for the analogue painting challenge. This figure will go into my sons collection as he has the whole fellowship on foot.
