Some scorpions to support my Caesarian Roman legions, again from the Warlord Games miniatures,  the miniatures are quite nice but not enough variation for my liking. another entry for the Analogue painting challenge.l

Another paint job last week for the analogue painting challenge, the final casualty markers for my Caesarian army. I plan to use these for both legions that I am building and may add shields to the standing chaps. The miniatures are from the Warlord Miniatures range.

Germanic tribesmen harii

 Germanic Harii Tribesmen

off the table last week was another unit of Germanic tribesmen, I wanted to depict the Harii tribesmen who according to Tacitus were painted in black with black shields, I painted the miniatures as normal then inked the miniatures which did not achieve the look that I was after so out come the German black grey and I approached them more look Indian warpaint on the naked miniatures.  Another entry for the analogue painting challenge.

The miniatures are from the Warlord Miniatures range, and are listed as the Germanic fanatics.
