My first visit to Bovington Tank Museum , a well of course lots of armour you can get up close too. The layout is a very geared to school groups I feel for education purposes, with big spaces in between vehicles which is nice so you can walk all the way round a large number of them. Impressed with the Ukraine armoured training display.

I have an upcoming project of painting the Imperial guard bands 1 mounted Mameluke band from Gringo 40s and Guard Grenadier, so off to the musée de l’Armée for a day trip fir photos of the models in the model room.
A visit to the gem that is Haddon Hall, a great day out. The Hall has been on our Tudor castle list for a long time and finally we had the opportunity to visit on this trip.
