6th Chevau-Leger Lancer 1st Sqaudron 

When Warlord recently had their Black Friday sale back a few months ago I could not resist and I purchased a 4 boxes of Lancers plus a few sprues from the sprue sale. I have organised these for General de Brigade/d’Armee and In the Grand Manner. I settled on three six figure Sqaudrons so per regiment. The 6th chevau-leger lancers uniform is quite striking, red pantaloons, and buff belts and gloves. I need to add an eagle and standard when flags are presented on Napoleons birthday.

Next squadron completed for the lancer regiment, I have elected to mount them on bays although by 1813 I suspect horses were in short supply. Next up the command Sqaudron

Knights of the Air

 

 Knights of the air 

 I like to build ww1 aircraft for my Bloody April WW1 games every year. Both aircraft are hand painted one 1/72 Revell and one Roden kit, both with airfix pilots. 

First Aircraft completed for  Jasta 11 Lothar Richthofen, brother of the famous Baron! 

First aircraft for Jasta 36 Harold von Bülow-Bothkamp, a very colorful Fokker DR1, an ace fighter pilot of both world wars.
