Aulerci Diablintes tribesmen VI

another unit completed over the weekend, the second of my clothed tribesmen. A few new combinations of plaid, pretty happy with my results on these Victrix miniatures.

They will join my Aulerci Diablintes tribe and will be on the table next week when we have a guest  one of our "walk the battlefield in the morning, Wargame in the afternoon" tours, visiting the Oppidum at Moulay, and the museum at Jublians.

    1. Quite a few, we are the gateway to Normandy and Brittany. A lot of open battles and a huge amount of sieges within 60klm of the house, if we go out to 100 it becomes a lot more.
For the ancient period we have three (that we know of) with only one site confirmed, then late Roman rebellions two, Goth invasion three, Frank invasions two, Breton Frank wars seven, Viking invasions four, Normandy -Breton-Anjou Maine wars 25, Plantagenet wars 7, 100 years war 16, Mad war 3, wars of religion 14, revolution and Napoleonic wars forty plus, ww2 we are the breakout location of Patton’s drive east then north to Falaise so very busy.
