Anjou-Maine Dark age infantry V

Carolingian Frank- Anjou-Maine Infantry V

Carolingian Frank - Anjou-Maine dark age heavy infantry, miniatures are plastic gripping beast, ready to repel the Viking or Breton invaders!

Figures are gripping beast plastics with Victrix plumes, a mix of hand painted, war flag and LBM transfers, with additional dry brushing.

Splendid warriors, Matt! Is you hotel still in operation or closed for the duration of this plague? If closed, I hope you are managing this crisis satisfactorily.

Thank you Michal

Yes we were closed by the commune on the 18th of March. We are keeping busy renovating, I am nearly finished the painting of the Wargames room. Currently this weekend now the weather has improved I am outside painting the stables, orangery and carriage house windows and doors. It is good to use this time

Lovely troops, Matt!
Hopefully the work on the place proceeds apace, and eventual we will emerge from this alternate reality!

Fantastic work on those figures! Those shields really pop!

Good that you’re using this forced interlude in renovating. Makes good business sense. Let’s hope it’ll blow over soon (fingers crossed!)

Yes, happy to get the time for more renovations in preparation for a bumper summer we can only hope.

Thank you Mike,

Better than sitting around watching movies etc, although I could just paint miniatures all day !
